Hi everyone. Hopefully everyone is having a wonderful spring. I actually had a chance to mow the lawn this evening. I sort of ran out of gas though, so I’ll have to finish that up this weekend.
Nguyen recently (and is in transit as I type this) left for Cairo and will return next week sometime. It’s really great having him around now. After he returns, Nguyen will be working out of Oshkosh, which means more time at home!! We’re so happy about this. And, we’ll be able to come to Chicago more.
Have fun everyone in Seattle and we will see you on Mother’s Day weekend!!
Hi everyone, as the year comes to a close, please go and check out the new jib jab cartoon at Jib Jab [dot] com. It is too funny!
Enjoy!
Hello everyone,
Well, it appears we have three new residents here in Nature Trails. For the past week, 3 adult does have been grazing in our back lot. They are really big and they come from the wooded area located East of here. I’m hoping to catch a picture of them sometime, but for now, they only eat in the early morning and around dinner time, in the dark.
It’s pretty cool to see them so close. I actually let Sammy out once without knowing they were there. Good for him he was on his tie-out, or who knows what would have happened. He also barks quite a bit when he sees them, so I’ve managed to calm him down and he now barks quitely, which is really cute. It’s kind of a “woof” and his jowls puff out with air. So cute….
More to come on this siting of nature…and hopefully a picture or two.
Merry Christmas everyone!!!
